HANDICAP
An anatomical, physical, or mental deficiency that prevents or restricts “normal achievement”

PERSON WITH A DISABILITY
A person that has “normal achievement capabilities” within their own realm of possibilities.


DISABILITY: DIS - (Negation, Invalidation, Incapacitate) ABILITY - (The power to do whatever you decide)
